Position Title: Cluster Sales Manager – Advertising & Marketing
Work Location: Pan India (Multi-State/Zone Leadership)
Industry Focus: Advertising, Field Sales, Marketing, BFSI Promotions
Experience Required: Minimum 8–10 Years in Field Sales & Business Development
At least 5 Years in Multi-Territory Leadership or Cluster/Regional Roles
Employment Type: Full-Time

Key Responsibilities:
Lead and develop a team of Senior Territory Sales Managers and Field Force
Design and implement cluster-level sales and marketing strategies
Supervise campaigns, client activations, and brand promotions across cities
Build strong partnerships with BFSI, fintech, FMCG, and local business networks
Monitor KPIs, regional targets, and team development frameworks
Represent Spixar in strategic business forums, investor meetings, and market events
