Ensuring timely collection of revenue from the clients by raising timely invoices.
Maintaining the law-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation.
Onboarding new clients onto Kanoon-e by creating their profile and sending out client credentials.
Meeting and generating ongoing new opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals.
Qualifications-
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 3+ year of experience in Client relationship/Customer Service related roles.
Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong orientation towards Client relationship, Research and Market dynamics.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Products.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
He/she should be able to demonstrate high level of diplomacy, motivation, and tact while carrying out his/her duties.
He/she should be updated with the current laws and should be able to interpret and implement them in the right situations.
Good advising, monitoring, researching and supervising skills would be a plus
