Ensuring timely collection of revenue from the clients by raising timely invoices.
Maintaining the law-related documentation, legal agreements, and new client profile creation.
Onboarding new clients onto Kanoon-e by creating their profile and sending out client credentials.
Meeting and generating ongoing new opportunities, and achieving organizational and individual KPI goals.

Qualifications-
Graduate/Post Graduate in any discipline with 3+ year of experience in Client relationship/Customer Service related roles.
Must have Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Must have strong orientation towards Client relationship, Research and Market dynamics.
Should have good knowledge of Microsoft Office and Google Products.
Adapt quickly to new technologies and software.
He/she should be able to demonstrate high level of diplomacy, motivation, and tact while carrying out his/her duties.
He/she should be updated with the current laws and should be able to interpret and implement them in the right situations.
Good advising, monitoring, researching and supervising skills would be a plus
