We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager with a strong background in the manufacturing industry,specifically in hardware products such as UPVC corner cleats, adhesives, and powder coating. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and expand our market presence. Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy and Planning: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve or exceed sales targets. Analyze market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities and threats.
• Create sales plans, budgets, and forecasts. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
• Understand customer needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Address customer inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally.
• Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of UPVC corner cleats, adhesives, and powder coating products. Provide technical information and support to customers. Stay updated on industry trends and competitors' products.
• Sales Team Management: Lead and mentor a sales team, providing guidance and support. Setsales targets, monitor performance, and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure cohesive efforts in achieving sales goals.
• Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to develop sales collateral and promotional materials.
• Provide input into product development and pricing strategies.
• Participate in trade shows and industry events to promote the company's products.
• Reporting and Analysis: Prepare regular sales reports and performance metrics. Analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement. Make data-driven decisions to optimize sales processes.

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the manufacturing industry with hardware products knowledge.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent leadership and team management abilities.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Adept at market research and analysis.
• Technical knowledge of UPVC corner cleats, adhesives, and powder coating is a plus. Willingness to travel as needed.
