Role Description

This is a full-time role as a Sales Manager - Trade, located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager-Trade will be responsible for managing existing and creating new customers, dealers & sub dealers in assigned territories to increase product sales and expand market share. This majorly includes ensuring achievement of assigned primary and secondary target,

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or higher
• Minimum 10 years of experience in trade sales with a strong track record of success in the dental or pharmaceutical industry
• Proven experience in managing key distributor network, developing new customer relationships, and meeting sales targets.
• Familiarity with distributor management and working with government institutions.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work with cross-functional teams of both internal and external stakeholders.
• Willingness to travel extensively
