Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Sales Manager located in New Delhi. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve revenue goals. Additionally, the Sales Manager will manage the entire sales process, from lead generation to closing deals, and building relationships with clients. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving our business growth by reaching out to prospective e-commerce businesses and introducing them to our exceptional same-day delivery solutions

Qualifications
• You are a seller! Bringing in new business drives you to wake up in the morning.
• You have 2-4 years of experience in sales or business development.
• If you have experience selling to D2C brands and understand how logistics in India
• works, that is a huge plus!
• You are process-oriented. We’re looking for someone who can potentially lead our
• Sales vertical in the future and being process-oriented is a key requirement

Responsibilities:

● Identify potential e-commerce businesses that would benefit from our same-day delivery services and sell our services to these businesses.

● Be an Owner: Own the onboarding journey for a new business to ensure they have the best experience working with Pikndel.

● Target Oriented: You will be required to set and achieve aggressive sales targets and will be expected to deliver your highest quality of work on every deal.

● The ideal candidate will be data-driven, collaborative, an effective communicator, and have a desire to challenge the status quo.
