Key Responsibilities:
• Call Listening:
• Regularly review and analyze sales calls to provide constructive feedback to team leaders and advisors.
• Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance.
• Feedback and Reporting:
• Provide structured feedback to team leaders and advisors on their performance.
• Compile and analyze sales data, generating comprehensive reports through various channels such as calls, emails, and follow-ups.
• Team Bonding:
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
• Maintain strong interpersonal relationships within the team to enhance overall cohesion and productivity.
• Motivation and Training:
• Develop and implement activities to motivate and inspire the sales team.
• Conduct training sessions to address skill gaps and ensure continuous improvement.
• Goal Achievement:
• Demonstrate a proven track record of setting and achieving sales goals.
• Strategize and execute plans to meet and exceed targets.
• Resilience and Strategy:
• Display a resilient attitude, bouncing back from challenges with double the speed.
• Implement effective strategies for overcoming obstacles and setbacks.
