Position: Sales Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our team and drive our growth in the market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Strategy Development: Develop and implement sales strategies to grow business in targeted markets and regions.
• Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to ensure targets and goals are met.
• Client Acquisition: Identify and acquire new clients, particularly in e-commerce, retail, and other high-volume delivery sectors.
• Partnerships: Develop partnerships with courier companies and other logistics providers to strengthen Tekipost’s offerings.
• Sales Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and customer feedback.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Negotiation & Closing: Handle negotiations and close large deals with clients, ensuring profitable and long-lasting contracts.
Requirements:
· Proven track record in sales, preferably in the logistics, courier, or transportation industry.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and internal teams.
· Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to close deals effectively.
· Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
· Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
• Salary: 5 Lac to 7 lac per Annum with incentives based on performance.
