With established branches in Cambridge and Tamahere, we are looking to open a branch in Hamilton in 2026. Our brand is fairly new in Waikato and has been very well received by our clients however, the potential for growth is substantial.
The Role
We are seeking an exceptional Sales Manager to lead our Waikato sales team. As we are going to be opening in Hamilton, experience in this market will be an advantage but not a pre-requisite. This role offers the chance to lead a skilled team of Sales Associates across our Waikato network. The ideal candidate will have strong sales management experience with a passion for growing a business. We would support the ideal candidate to qualify as a Branch Manager, a current Branch Manager or Agent license would be an advantage but not essential.
As the Sales Manager, you will:
Empower and coach the sales team to consistently achieve and exceed targets.
Foster meaningful client relationships, enhancing our premium, customer-centric approach.
Oversee office operations and ensure adherence to best practices.
