The Person will be responsible for handling a team of Tele sales which will include Tele callers, team coordinators and team leaders and other team handling profiles.To ensure maximum productivity through strategic planning and structuring.To review the productivity and quality of business sourced from cluster through the month and previous months on a weekly basis.Managing highest and minimum leakage of business through process development and quality initiatives.Data planning which includes data budgeting, sampling and distribution to all the channels.Driving Optimum productivity per workstation through cross sell of products.
Our Requirements:
Must have experience in sales with excellent interpersonal skill.Minimum 1 Year of experience in Outbound Process (credit card).Should be a team player with descent social background.
