Skills required:
• 5+ years of USA IT staffing OR Singapore IT staffing and Solutions sales experience (Must to have).
• Proven and demonstrable ability to achieve sales quota quarterly basis.
• Ability to hunt for new logos and handle end to end sales
• Must have a strong network to go after for quick wins
• Excellent English written and oral skills. Can start quickly
• Willing work in the US shift timings for Singapore shift timings will be according region of working
• Able to handle pressure and manage client's and internal expectations
• As a Sales Manager, you will sell Nityo's staffing services and solutions to clients across industry verticals in Market.
• Identify qualified prospects and navigate company structures to identify decision-makers.
• A combination of outreach mechanisms to nurture leads (Call, Email, Marketing automation tools like outreach, LinkedIn InMail, etc.)
• Engage in cold-call prospecting to nurture clients to create net new opportunities.
• Generates sales leads/appointments by means of proactive outbound prospecting
• Responsible for achievement of monthly, quarterly, year-to-date, and annual sales goals/targets.
• Provide weekly updates to management on sales activities, results, and forecasts
