Roles and Responsibilities

· Manage the overall running of the sales team

· Achieve growth and complete the sales targets.

· Establish productive and professional relationships with key personnel in assigned customer accounts and memberships

· Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics

· Build and promote healthy, long-lasting customer relations with existing and new supplier

· Liaise and develop professional relationships with regional Representatives and Executives

· Attend conferences and exhibitions when required to identify opportunities

· Manage the relationship with Developers to generate more opportunities

· Liaise with the Commercial Manager, Courses & Events Team Leader and colleagues where necessary to include plans to implement any proposed changes and improvements.

· Develop and implement strategic sales plans that expand a company’s customer base and solidify its presence

by successfully managing the team and by assessing the teams’ strengths and weaknesses
