Job Description
• Develops a profitable growth strategy for selling the company’s products and services to current and potential customers including specific plans to achieve both short- and long-term profitable growth
• Identify, build and lead a team of sales executives to help drive revenue.
• Motivate their teams to generate leads, build client relationships, set targets to hit or exceed revenue forecasts, and ultimately meet customer needs.
• Training & Coaching sales executives and establishing sales territory. Develop Sales plans and perform data analysis, monitoring the competitive landscape, and analysing overall performance metrics
• To build and maintain rapport with customer decision makers to provide extraordinary customer service and identify new business opportunities
• Managing promotional activities, sending marketing correspondence, Participate and oversee Agricultural and Organic Farming trade shows and Exhibitions.
• Executes sales strategy to meet monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
• Conducts sales presentations, product demonstrations, and coordinates the development of bid proposals and quotes
• Gathers and shares competitive information and assists with customer retention by being aware of competitive situations and proposing counter strategies to defend and gain market share
• Identify and short list potential region wise Distributors and Channel partners both exclusive and non-exclusive
• Completes and maintains sales reports, forecasts, and customer data. Tracks, submits, and audits sales transactions and follows up on customer concerns as needed
• Contributes to positive Company image, supports regional and national trade shows and markets
