Position: Business Development Manager
Department: Agency Channel
Experience: Mini.2 + Years of Experience in Field Sales and Marketing of Any Field
CTC: 3.45 LPA + Variable Pay + Other Benefits
Key Responsibilities:
Recruiting and building a high-performing distribution network to Financial Consultants (FCs)
• Training motivating and driving these certified financial consultants (agents) to sell insurance
• Meeting prospective customers with FCs to sell insurance solutions
• Providing pre-and post-sales support
• Ensuring quality of business and persistency
• Enabling FCs to use the latest digital platforms
Candidate Preference:
• Good Communication Skills
• Ability to convince and influence others
• Strong interpersonal skills and relationship management
• Goal orientation despite pressures and setbacks
• Willing to travel in the designated region/city
• Local Language preferred
