Sales Manager - PR, Advertising & Event Sponsorship
Key Responsibilities :
• Lead the sales team and set monthly/quarterly targets.
• Design and implement sales strategies to grow revenue.
• Drive partnerships for PR services, magazine ads, and event sponsorships.
• Cultivate relationships with key industry clients and agencies.
• Hire, train, and supervise the sales team including executives and interns.
Requirements
• 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, preferably in media/PR/events.
• Strong leadership, planning, and client servicing skills.
• Experience in key account management and team building.
• Excellent spoken and written communication.
Benefits
₹50,000 – ₹75,000/month (plus incentives & performance bonus)
