Job Description

As a Sales Manager in Premium Banking at Deutsche Bank, your primary responsibility is to acquire new clients through open market lead generation and successful onboarding, ultimately contributing to revenue generation. You will play a crucial role in increasing the acquisition of target clientele, deepening relationships, cross-selling, and ensuring client retention. Your expertise in product knowledge, communication, negotiation, market updates, and competition awareness will be essential for success in this role.

- Increase acquisition of target clientele in Advantage Banking segments
- Assist in conducting local level sales drives for acquisition
- Acquire new accounts from group companies, family of existing customers, and referrals
- Work closely with Advantage Banking team to maximize penetration of Investment & Insurance sales
- Implement customer contact programs to increase share of wallet
- Ensure smooth transition of customer management post-acquisition
- Deliver top-class service to clients and monitor high net worth accounts closely
- Work towards reactivating dormant accounts and resolve service hurdles
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, Mis-selling, Information Protection policies, and other compliance norms
- Report any suspicious transactions to the SSM promptly

- In-depth knowledge of banking products and policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of market updates and competition
- Awareness and information about the financial industry
