Job Description
- Increase acquisition of target clientele in Advantage Banking segments
- Assist in conducting local level sales drives for acquisition
- Acquire new accounts from group companies, family of existing customers, and referrals
- Work closely with Advantage Banking team to maximize penetration of Investment & Insurance sales
- Implement customer contact programs to increase share of wallet
- Ensure smooth transition of customer management post-acquisition
- Deliver top-class service to clients and monitor high net worth accounts closely
- Work towards reactivating dormant accounts and resolve service hurdles
- Ensure compliance with KYC, AML, Mis-selling, Information Protection policies, and other compliance norms
- Report any suspicious transactions to the SSM promptly
- In-depth knowledge of banking products and policies
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Understanding of market updates and competition
- Awareness and information about the financial industry
