Strategy
The purpose of this role is to:
• Achieve revenue objectives through sale of range of Securities Finance products, as per Customer's requirement.
• Deepen customer relationship through cross sell of products and provide quality service.

• Achieve New Sales Revenue targets, through need based selling
• Acquire new HVS customer relationship and through securities finance products.
• Deepen customer relationships by cross-selling products Processes
• Responsive and responsible selling
• Ensure error free customer application & documentation
• Ensure smooth on-boarding of customer and issuance of the product.
• Provide prompt service and endeavour toward nil Customer complaints
• Risk Assurance
• Attend applicable Sales Training & refreshers
• Remain compliant and adhere to all policies, guidelines and procedures, comply with local regulatory requirements
• Conduct CDD, MLP & TCF diligently
• Zero tolerance – Fraud MIS-selling
Regulatory & Business Conduct
• Display exemplary conduct and live by the Group's Values and Code of Conduct.
• Take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics, including regulatory and business conduct, across Standard Chartered Bank. This includes understanding and ensuring compliance with, in letter and spirit, all applicable laws, regulations, guidelines and the Group Code of Conduct.
• Lead to achieve the outcomes set out in the Bank's Conduct Principles
• Effectively and collaboratively identify, escalate, mitigate and resolve risk, conduct and compliance matters.
• Exercise authorities delegated by the Board of Directors and act in accordance with Articles of Association Our Ideal Candidate
• Post Graduate with minimum 2 year's relevant working experience / Graduate with 5 years of relevant work experience
• Knowledge of and experience in securities finance products [Loan Against Shares, Margin Finance, IPO Funding – Capital Markets]
• Strong communication, interpersonal skill and drive with ability to influence outcomes
