Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through proactive prospecting, networking, and lead generation.
• Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers, highlighting the unique value proposition of our offerings.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing their needs and concerns.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies, pricing models, and promotional activities.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and objectives on a consistent basis, demonstrating a drive for results and a focus on business growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities.
• Prepare accurate sales reports, forecasts, and pipeline management updates to present to the management team.
• Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer base.
Requirements:
• Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in a related industry.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and negotiate effectively.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools to manage customer relationships and track sales activities.
• Flexibility to travel as needed to meet clients and attend industry events.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
