Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role based in Pune for a Sales Manager. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing and overseeing the sales team, developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and building relationships with clients. The Sales Manager will also collaborate with cross-functional teams such as Marketing and Operations to ensure alignment of business objectives.
Qualifications
• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in Travel Company
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies
• Ability to lead, mentor, and motivate team members to achieve sales targets
• Experience in the Travel industry is must
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Bachelor's degree in Business, sales or marketing, or related field
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
