Job description
Key Responsibilities:
- Guest Interaction: Greet and engage with guests in a friendly and professional manner, both in person and over the phone.
- Reservation Management: Handle reservations efficiently, ensuring accurate booking records and offering guests personalized seating arrangements when possible.
- Customer Service Excellence: Address guest inquiries, concerns, and requests promptly and with the utmost professionalism, striving to exceed expectations.
- Complaint Resolution: Handle and resolve any complaints or issues with a calm and positive attitude, ensuring guest satisfaction at all times.
- VIP & Special Occasions: Ensure VIP guests and special occasion celebrations (e.g., birthdays, anniversaries) receive personalized attention and exceptional service.
- Coordination with Front-of-House Staff: Collaborate closely with servers, hosts, and management to ensure smooth service and seamless guest experiences.
- Guest Feedback: Collect and report guest feedback to management to improve service quality and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain Ambience: Assist in maintaining the restaurant’s high standards of ambiance, cleanliness, and organization to enhance the overall guest experience.
- Upselling: Suggest and promote restaurant specialties, events, and loyalty programs to enhance guest experiences and drive sales.
