What your day-to-day will look like:
In this fully remote role, based out of our Sainte-Julie (QC) head office, you will focus on expanding Chagalls presence across Canada.
In this role, you will:
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the consumer retail landscape
Leverage your existing network while building new, long-term client relationships
Contribute to the development and execution of Chagalls growth strategy
Represent Chagall with professionalism at client meetings, industry events, and presentations
Understand client needs and deliver customized solutions using Chagalls full range of services (design, fabrication, installation)
Work closely with internal teamsestimating, design, and project managementto develop proposals and ensure project success
Stay informed on market trends, competitor activity, and client feedback to adjust strategies as needed
Keep detailed records of business development activities, pipeline health, and performance versus targets
The profile were looking for:
You will be a great fit if you have:
8+ years of experience in business development or sales in the commercial millwork and fixtures industry
A strong network in the retail world, grocery, foodservice, or branded environments
Familiarity with the design and construction industries
Proven success in leading client acquisitionfrom prospecting to closing
A strategic mindset and hands-on approach
Excellent interpersonal, presentation, and negotiation skills
Experience in estimating (a strong asset)
Willingness to travel as needed
