Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Sales Manager - Revenue Sharing located in Gurugram. The Senior Sales Manager will be responsible for leading sales efforts, developing revenue sharing strategies, building and managing a high performing sales team, and driving revenue growth through effective sales strategies.

Qualifications
• Strong sales and negotiation skills
• Experience in developing revenue sharing strategies
• Ability to lead and manage a sales team
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Knowledge of real estate industry trends and market dynamics
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field
