Job Description
• Managing the sale of products of Secured and Unsecured Loan i.e. Home Loan, Business Loan, Loan against Property, etc
• Ensure the monthly targets are achieved, Develop and maintain business relationships with other support teams
• Maintain customer relationship post the disbursement to ensure customer satisfaction
• Maximize sales through a network of DSA / Direct Sales / CA / Builders/Real Estate Brokers etc
• Responsible for client meetings and sales of various asset products by the help of our experienced staff initially and taking it up independently after that.
• Understanding various bank products like Home Loan, Loan Against property and unsecured business loans and contributing to the revenue of the company.
• Learning and understanding various financial and property related documents etc.
• Understanding processes of the company and various banks that we work with and work in an ethical and compliant manner
• Achieving Sales Target and developing related interpersonal skills
