Job Description
• Generating leads and converts into sales.
• Client acquisition, retention, enhancement
• Should have experience with all category Contractor, HNI, Individual House Owners, architects, structure consultant, project management consultant (pmc).
• Meeting with Civil Contractors/ Interiors contractor/Contractors.
• Achieve sales target for the area allotted in project sales.
• Do technical as well as commercial meetings on behalf of the company with clients.
• Finalizing the orders as per company norms.
• Prepare BOQ Specification, proposals and Proforma invoice.
• Meeting with dealers.
• Identify upcoming projects and specify our products in projects BOQ.
• Provide on-the-ground support for sales associates as they generate leads and close new deals
• Develop and implement new sales initiatives, strategies and programs to capture key demographics
• Perform competitive intelligence in the local market to improve understanding of both local and global competitors
• Follow-up with existing clients.
• Hire, train, motivate, and advise a team of sales representatives
• Oversee the sales team to ensure company quotas and standards are met by holding daily check-ins with the team to set objectives for the day and monitor progress regularly.
• Should have Dealer and Distributor handling experience.
• Open for Travel - 50-60
