Job Description
1. Training, Build-up of agents & overall business for retail loans like
(personal Loans/ Business Loans/ Home Loans. Major work will be agency
Business development.
2. Monitoring agency performance, training, guiding them to achieve their
Performance targets.
3. Relation building and servicing new agents including retention of high
Performance.
4. Execution of sales strategy increase market reach and penetration by seeking
New agents.
5. Coordinate with head office to ensure that sales workflow is managed well and
all client queries resolved truly to promote disbursements.

Salary: From ₹275,000.00 per year
