• In-depth knowledge and understanding of Hotel's products and services.
• Effective co-ordination with all departments
• Effective and on-time fulfilment of tasks
• Market Research of the Hotel Industry (Online & field Survey).
• Present sales, revenue and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team
• Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competitor Analysis; rate tracking with competitors in daily basis for rooms.
