Job Description
Key purpose of the job: The role is responsible for achieving the targets for order booking, sales revenue, unit sales and implementing the sales and marketing strategy for Cluster of projects by leading Sales, Marketing and CRM team. Key Accountabilities To oversee the entire Sales, Marketing and CRM of residential segment for respective cluster of projects.Responsible for generation of revenues through sale of CA and Third Party Products like Insurance, Mutual Funds, Online Trading , Demat Accounts etc through the Sales Channel.
· Responsible for Achieving the Business Objectives of the Retail Liabilities Sales Team for the Branch and meet the Value, Volume and channel Productivity metrics.
