Business Development Manager (BDM)
Location :
Kolkata, Jaipur, Ranchi
Roles and Responsibilities
• Generating leads by cold calling, tele calling, referrals, Google search, etc.
• Visiting Small and Medium Enterprises, Corporates etc to generate leads.
• Preparing business plans.
• Working on prospecting.
• Conducting events/webinars.
• Handling the demonstration/presentation of products/services.
• Working on requirement gathering/scoping.
• Preparing quotations.
• Handling follow-ups/negotiations.
• Working on closing deals/invoicing/collection.
• Updating CRM.
• Preparing MIS reports.
• Maintaining the customer relationship.
Desired Candidate Profile
Any Graduates (BCOM will be preferred) with basic knowledge of Sales and Marketing. Knowledge of Tally.
ERP+ will be added advantage. Further training would be provided by us. IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED.
Remuneration:
Fixed Salary+ Travelling Allowance+ Incentive
