# Key Responsibility: Drive Sales, Productivity, Cross Sell and Growth. Team handling experience preferred.

# Lead a team of 50+ strong sales team who will be engaged in selling Credit Cards. Tele-Sales channel management.

# Define and execute recruitment and training for entire sales team regularly. Would be efficient in Hiring Telecallers, Sales Executive, Team Leaders.

# Improve existing processes to enhance productivity and overall performance of the team.

# Closely monitor Productivity. Take corrective actions to keep productivity as per the budgets.

# Ensure compliance to regulatory and internal credit and risk policy.

# Managing Productivity & Query handling.

# Data management and MIS handling.

# Local candidates with Credit Card or Retail Assets experience preferred.
