Job Brief:
Creating and closing new opportunities focusing on both Domestic & International Sales By using a consultative approach to selling, this person will use his expertise to identify and qualify leads, leading to sales opportunities with both new and existing customers.
Responsibilities:
• Meet and exceed sales targets. Measurable would be No. of new leads, First Calls, First Presentations, RFQs, Conversions/Closures, under certain business norms.
• Successfully creating business from new and existing customer accounts
• Manage complex negotiations with senior-level executives
• Build rapport and establish long term relationships with customers
Experience, Skills and Qualifications required:
• 3-4 years of experience, in the Domestic and International Logistics Industry(Target Industries - E-Commerce, Automotive OEMs & Tier 1/Tier 2 suppliers, Engineering Equipment, Medical Equipment, Pharmaceuticals & Chemicals)
• Experience and working knowledge of CRM systems.
• Demonstrable track record of achieving stretch targets
• Strong & Effective contacts/connections in large companies of the target industries.
• Be an active part of the goal setting of the company, and achieve the targets.
• Understanding the current business model, and future plans of the prospect, point by point as per the given formats.
• Ensuring maximum strategic gains for the clients as well as the organisation.
