Duties and Responsibilities
Accomplishes sales staff objectives by recruiting, selecting, training and coaching employees.
Achieves sales operational objectives by contributing sales information.
Meets sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements and preparing annual budgets.
Assigning leads to the sales executive.
Identifies marketing opportunities by understanding consumer requirements.
Improves product marketability and profitability by researching, identifying, and capitalizing on sales opportunities.
Sustains rapport with key accounts by making periodic visits.
Provides information by collecting, analysing and summarizing Sales data.
Qualifications
Bachelors or Master’s degree in Sales, business administration or equivalent education.
Proven experience as a senior sales or sales manager.
Knowledge in sales and negotiating techniques.
Strong business development and networking skills.
Skilled in ERP and other business support systems.
Effective negotiations skills.
Ability to work under pressure.
Excellent skills in building and maintaining strong customer and partner relationships.

Salary: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
