Job Description
Job Responsibilities :
· Manage sales and distribution through the cross channel and open market channels
· Ensure unilateral growth by adding new DSAs / Branches
· Manage and grow the Direct Sales team and focus on increased Productivity
· Marketing and enchasing catchment areas
· Meeting clients and explaining various products related to Salaried Personal Loans
· Ensure additional revenue generation through cross sell & Multi selling of Insurance, CASA , Credit Cards etc.
· Training & Development of the DST Team and DSAs
· Liasoning with Internal teams for business like Credit, Legal, RCU & Operations
· Responsible for end to end processing of the case and updating the status of the same to the customers.
· Ensuring Top Class service for Customers for better NPS Scores
Job Requirement :
We are looking for self-starters with a high drive for results, perseverance, and excellent work ethic. Relationship management experience in assets businesses will be desirable.
