Location: Sundarbans Resort and EM Bypass, Kolkata
Sales Manager:
- Salary: 40,000 INR + incentives
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.
Prepare sales reports and forecasts for management.
Sales Executives:
- Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR + incentives
- Responsibilities:
- Generate leads and proactively pursue sales opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential customers.
- Negotiate and close deals to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Provide excellent customer service and build long-term relationships with clients.
- Keep updated records of sales activities and customer information.
Digital Marketing Executives:
- Salary: 20,000 to 25,000 INR + incentives
- Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various platforms.
- Manage social media accounts, website content, and online advertising.
- Analyze campaign performance and make data-driven recommendations.
- Conduct market research to identify target audiences and optimize marketing strategies.
- Stay up to date with digital marketing trends and emerging technologies.
Job Types: Full-time, Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹20,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
