JOB PURPOSE / SUMMARY
Sales of Products to Real Estate / BuildersTo achieve maximum approvals for our productsTo achieve maximize sales figures in projects
COMMUNICATION & OTHER SKILLS
Good communication skills and negotiation skills – Marathi, Hindi & English fluently.Basic computer skills like – MS-Word, MS-Excel, E-mailing & Internet Concepts
DUTIES\ ROLE AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Identify the projects in our areas and give our company introduction with our products.Approval of our Raksha Pipe Products with Project Manager, Consultants, Contractors &
MEP Personnel.
Take requirement of our products and submit the same to our distributors and submit the quotes and negotiation for orders and finalize the order.Payment: Follow up the payment of bills and collection for the same.
ADMINISTRATIVE / MANAGERIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Daily report via E-mail, whatsapp and handwritten to DGM & DistributorsMonthly sales and collection target should be achieveExpenses and other should be on daily supported in system.
