Key Responsibilities:
Build strong relationships with clients, understand their needs, and identify opportunities to engage with them in a personalized way.
Develop and execute marketing and sales strategies to boost the brand recall value for the jeweler brand.
Collaborate with the design team to develop unique gifting and PR ideas that will help to create an emotional connection with clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments, and use this knowledge to identify new opportunities for the jeweler brand.
Work closely with the sales team to ensure that task targets are met, and that clients receive exceptional service.
Track and report on the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives, and make recommendations for improvement where necessary.
Acquiring reports of existing agencies working with the brand and making weekly/ monthly reports as required.
Communicating with other agencies as and when required.
Thinking out of the box to outreach our PAN India clients.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
At least 1 years of experience in marketing and sales roles, preferably in the luxury industry.
