Job Description
Responsibilities:
Drive sales by building relationships with customers and promoting our products and services
Manage and update CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
Create and post advertisements across social media and online platforms
Develop and monitor social media ad campaigns to generate leads and brand awareness
Assist with marketing strategies and promotional activities
Perform office administrative duties including scheduling, filing, and customer communication
Collaborate with the service team to ensure smooth customer experiences
Maintain knowledge of industry trends and competitor offerings
Qualifications:
High school diploma or equivalent (required); post-secondary education in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the service or construction industry
Familiarity with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Gohighlevel, Jobber)
Proficient in Microsoft office Suite.
Experience creating advertisements and managing social media campaigns using Canva and other editing softwares.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and perform administrative duties efficiently
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated
Work Environment:
Part- time to Full-time position
Office-based with occasional field/customer visits
