Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales & Marketing Strategy: Develop and execute robust sales and marketing strategies to meet and exceed company sales targets. Utilize a range of tactics including email marketing, lead generation, and Facebook/Meta ads.
• Email Campaigns: Design, implement, and optimize email marketing campaigns to engage prospects and drive conversions. Analyze performance metrics and refine strategies to enhance effectiveness.
• Lead Generation: Identify and attract potential clients through various channels. Employ lead generation techniques to build a pipeline of high-quality prospects.
• Facebook/Meta Ads Management: Create, manage, and optimize Facebook/Meta ad campaigns to drive brand awareness and lead acquisition. Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies to achieve key performance indicators.
• Cold Calling: Conduct cold calls to potential clients to introduce our products/services, nurture leads, and convert them into sales opportunities. Maintain detailed records of interactions and outcomes.
• Client Communication: Ensure timely and professional responses to all client inquiries. Follow up via email or phone to address questions, provide information, and maintain strong client relationships.
• Follow-Up Emails: Send personalized follow-up emails to prospects and clients to keep them engaged and move them through the sales process effectively.
• Performance Tracking: Track and report on sales performance metrics. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement based on data analysis.
• Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance sales techniques and marketing strategies.
Qualifications:
• Proven experience in sales and marketing with a strong track record in email marketing, lead generation, Facebook/Meta ads, and cold calling.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with fluent English proficiency.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• Proficient in using email marketing platforms, and social media advertising tools.
Preferred Experience:
• Experience in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
• Background in achieving or exceeding marketing targets.
• Familiarity with additional marketing channels and analytics tools.
