About the Role
We are seeking a Sales Representative to meet with qualified prospects and sell our E-commerce Marketing Services. Your primary responsibility is to understand the client’s pain points, present our solutions effectively, and close deals. This role requires Excellent communication skills, Relentless follow-up, and a Results-driven mindset to maximize both client satisfaction and your earning potential through commissions.

Key Responsibilities
1. Engage on a Zoom Call with qualified leads provided by the appointment setter team to understand client needs and pain points.
2. Present and pitch our products/services compellingly to prospective clients.
3. Build rapport and trust with prospects to close deals effectively.
4 . Consistently follow up with prospects who require additional information or nurturing.
5. Negotiate terms and handle objections to ensure successful conversions.
6. Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including calls, deals closed, and revenue generated in Google Sheets
7. Update CRM for all client communication & Updates
7. Collaborate with internal teams to improve sales strategies and achieve targets.
8. Provide feedback on lead quality and client requirements to enhance lead generation efforts.
+. Review your recordings daily and keep improving
KPIs (Key Performance Indicators)
1. Achieve 15%-20% Closing for all qualified leads on monthly & quarterly sales targets.
2. Maintain high conversion rates from qualified leads to closed deals.
3 Ensure Daily updates of all sales activities in the CRM system.
4.Provide daily and weekly reports on sales performance.
Work Environment Requirements:
A quiet, dedicated workspace for making professional calls.
A laptop/desktop with at least 8 GB RAM and Windows 10 or equivalent OS.
A stable internet connection with a minimum speed of 50 Mbps.
