Designation : Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Qualifications : Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field
Experience : 1-3 years in Sales/Marketing, preferably in the pharma or chemical sector
CTC - Up to 3 to 4 LPA
Location : Electronic City – Bengaluru, Karnataka, India (On-site)
We’re hiring a Sales & Marketing Coordinator to support our domestic and international business in the pharmaceutical sector.
Product Categories: APIs, Excipients, Specialty Chemicals & Mineral Salts
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the BD/sales team in lead generation, follow-ups, and closing deals.
Execute marketing campaigns to boost product visibility and brand awareness.
Develop and maintain product knowledge, including features, benefits, and applications.
Manage customer relationships, respond to inquiries, and ensure excellent service.
Conduct market research to identify industry trends, competitor activity, and opportunities.
Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Marketing, Technical) to align business goals.
Create impactful collaterals: brochures, datasheets, case studies.
Visit customers for relationship building, service delivery, and product support.
Required Skills & Traits:
Strong sales and marketing acumen
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented
Willingness to travel to customer locations
Ability to understand and discuss technical aspects of pharmaceutical products
Experience in data analysis and campaign effectiveness tracking
Self-motivated with the ability to multitask and manage deadlines
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹33,000.00 per month
