Job Title: Sales & Marketing Coordinator
Purpose:
As our Sales & Marketing Coordinator, your role will involve planning and executing strategies to drive business growth and working closely with our marketing team to enhance our commercial efforts like scheduling events in Educational Institutes, Pop up Events in Residencial Societies etc. You’ll also have the opportunity to engage in various duties that align with your skills and expertise.
Responsibilities:
Lead generation through offline campaigns such as workshops and seminars in schools, colleges, and educational institutes.
Conduct market research to understand business opportunities and customer needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing partners while continuously exploring new avenues.
Gain a deep understanding of our services to innovate and expand on new ideas.
Seek out new sales opportunities through networking and social media.
Coordinate and support meetings with potential clients.
Prepare and present detailed presentations on our offerings.
Compile regular reviews and reports to track progress and financial metrics.
Represent our institute at exhibitions and conferences.
Collect and relay feedback from customers and prospects to our internal teams.
Experience Required:
1-2 years in service or product-based sales and marketing.
Preferred Qualifications:
Graduate in any stream.
Demonstrable ability to generate revenue through strategic service and product offerings.
Up-to-date knowledge of trends in foreign education.
Proven ability to set and achieve short- and long-term goals.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Hindi; knowledge of the local language is a plus.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong networking prowess.
Comfortable with field work.
Skilled in delivering compelling presentations.
Compensation: Salary + Additional Commission
We offer a competitive salary based on qualifications and experience, plus commissions.
