Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role in Rajkot for a Sales Marketing Coordinator at Aditya Tractors & Farm Equipment. The Sales Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating and implementing the company's marketing and sales strategies. They will work closely with the marketing and sales team to develop and execute initiatives analyze data and market trends, as well as develop and build relationships with customers and stakeholders to increase sales and reach organizational goals.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
• 2+ years of experience in marketing and sales coordination, preferably in the Agriculture sector
• Strong analytical and communication skills with the ability to understand market trends and data and translate the information into actionable strategies and proposals
• Experience with digital marketing tools and techniques, including social media, email campaigns, and SEO, as well as CRM software and analytic tools
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure to meet deadlines
• Ability to put together and coordinate offline marketing and sales events like trade show, exhibitions for agricultural equipments.
• Ability to work well in teams and collaborate with different stakeholders and departments within the organization
