Position Summary
As the Sales & Marketing Director, you will play a key role in driving occupancy growth and revenue for our community. Partnering closely with the Community Executive Director and Area Director of Sales & Marketing, you will develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, and guide prospective residents and families through the decision-making process.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
Lead efforts to maintain and increase occupancy levels through proactive sales strategies.
Partner with the Area Director of Sales & Marketing to develop and execute targeted sales plans.
Conduct needs assessments and educates prospective residents and families on the value of our community.
Execute lead follow-ups and meet response benchmarks to maximize conversion rates.
Marketing & Community Outreach
Establish and maintain referral relationships with residents, families, and external partners.
Assist in developing marketing budgets and strategies to enhance community visibility.
Provide insights and feedback on community-specific sales and marketing materials.
Work closely with the Community Engagement Coordinator to manage and execute move-in processes.
Oversee promotional materials and recommend creative marketing strategies.
Administrative & Team Collaboration
Support community leadership in various tasks, including report preparation, meeting coordination, and event planning.
Ensure confidentiality of resident, employee, and community information.
Submit required documents in a timely and organized manner.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of lead management systems and internal sales processes.
Qualifications
Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in senior living, healthcare, or hospitality.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Creative and strategic thinker who brings innovation and fresh ideas.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (PowerPoint, Word, Excel) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Acrobat) preferred.
Willingness to travel locally for events and community outreach.
Ability to work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends, as needed.
