We are seeking a talented and motivated Sales & Marketing Executive to join our IOT based firm in Pune. With the upcoming launch of our new PCB manufacturing unit, we are looking for an individual who can contribute to the success of our sales and marketing efforts in the electronics industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Conduct market research to identify potential clients and opportunities within the electronics and electronic components manufacturing sector.
2. Proactively reach out to prospective customers through various channels such as cold calling, emails, networking events, and industry conferences.
3. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
4. Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective sales strategies and pitches to win new business.
5. Effectively present our product offerings, highlighting their unique selling points, and address client inquiries and concerns.
6. Meet and exceed sales targets, driving revenue growth for the company.
7. Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities.
8. Prepare sales reports and provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
+. Work closely with cross-functional teams including production, R&D, and customer support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualification & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Up to 1 year of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the electronics or electronic component manufacturing industry.
Requirements:
• Proven experience as a Sales Executive for an electronics manufacturing firm or relevant role.
• Fast learner and passion for sales.
• Excellent communication with Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a proactive approach to work.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Familiarity with PCB & its layout will be a plus.
• Willingness to travel as required.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
