We’re Hiring! | Field Marketing Executive
Location: Vashi

Acssel Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is looking for dynamic and self-motivated Field Marketing Executives to join our growing team!
Responsibilities
o “Get the sale” using various customer sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations etc)
o On Field meeting with customer daily to present the application and negotiate on pricing
o Forecast sales, develop “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluate their effectiveness
o Evaluate customers skills, needs and build productive long lasting relationships
o Meet personal and team sales targets
o Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
o Attend meeting, sales events and trainings to keep abreast of the latest developments
o Report and provide feedback to management using financial statistical data
o Maintain and expand client database within your assigned territory
Requirements and skills
o Proven sales experience
o Track record of over-achieving quota
o Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
o Familiarity with different sales techniques and pipeline management
o Computer use competency
o Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
o Self-motivated and driven
o Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
o Prospect for new business across assigned territories or accounts
o Cold call prospective clients to initiate sales opportunities
o Assess client needs and present suitable products, services, and solutions
o Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business
o Negotiate pricing and contracts to close sales deals
o Coordinate with internal teams to deliver excellent service to clients
o Prepare presentations, proposals, and sales contracts
o Analyse sales data and activity to identify areas for improvement
o Any Graduate or MBA
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
