Responsibilities for Regional Sales Manager
• Provide support to individual stores; managers; and teams
• Determine long and short-term sales goals, & Promote our product lines by coordinating with store management and media relations teams.
• Oversee product and supply ordering and shipment in accordance with regional needs.
• Evaluate metrics on specific product lines and instruct Store Managers to adjust inventory appropriately
• Plan and execute training among staff members and management
• Oversee sales and special Operations.
• Resolve customer complaints and service issues.
• Create sales goals for each store and communicate them to the team & management.
• Prepare monthly and quarterly sales reports and submit your findings and analysis to senior management
• Inform senior management of any discrepancies or issues with sales team goals and results.
Qualifications for Regional Sales Manager
• 2+ years in a Sales managerial role
• Strong communications skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office specifically Powerpoint and Excel
• Excellent analytical skills and comfort with math
• Creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
• Excellent customer service
• Ability to work well in teams
Job Type: Regular / Permanent
Salary: ₹15,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
