We are looking for an experienced and result-driven Head of Marketing to join our team! As the Head of Marketing at our company, you will be responsible for setting up, implementing and managing our overall company's marketing strategy. Your key responsibilities will include managing leads from Indiamart, our website, and network leads to drive our business goals and objectives.
Responsibilities:
Develop and manage our comprehensive marketing strategy which includes planning, developing, implementing, and monitoring our marketing and advertising campaigns across various channels. Manage all our lead sources including but not limited to Indiamart, website leads, and network leads to ensure a consistent influx of potential business. Identify new potential leads and markets to further expand the company's customer base. Coordinate with sales teams to optimize marketing efforts and convert leads into clients. Oversee our company's online presence, ensuring the accuracy and effectiveness of information and content. Produce and analyze performance reports and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of marketing initiatives and campaigns, recommending changes as necessary. Collaborate with various internal teams (including, but not limited to, the digital marketing team, creative team, and sales team) to develop strategic marketing plans and ensure the successful execution of these plans. Stay up-to-date with current technologies and trends in social media, design tools, and applications.
Qualifications:
Commerce Background
Proven experience as a Head of Marketing or similar role with demonstrated experience in handling leads from platforms like Indiamart and managing online leads. Excellent knowledge of web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, NetInsight, WebTrends, SEMRush, etc.) Experience with CRM software and digital marketing tools and techniques. Strong leadership, team management skills, and the ability to oversee multiple projects. Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills. Solid understanding of market research and data analysis methods. Ability to think strategically and analytically. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or relevant field; MBA preferred
