Job Description
We are looking to hire an experienced IT Sales executive to join our busy back office team. As a IT Sales executive, you will be reporting to the Business Development manager and assisting with various Sales / Marketing duties. This includes customer / Lead data management, project processing, market research, data analysis, finances, and administrative duties.
Roles and Responsibilities:
• Researching and generating potential leads using various lead-generating tools.
• Understanding the strong use case of the product for the potential SMEs.
• Following the warm leads using communication tools for successful closure.
• Build a robust and quality lead funnel for assigned business vertical.
• Has to be highly energetic and exceptional in communication skills.
• Source new sales opportunities through outbound cold calls, emails.
• Understand customer needs and requirements.
• Research accounts, identify key prospect and generate interest.
• IT Sales Executive will be responsible for generating new sales opportunities and developing relationships with customers.
• Work closely with the management team to identify and qualify potential customers.
• IT Sales Executive will need to have a strong understanding of the IT products and services offered by the company.
• IT Sales Executive will need to be able to effectively communicate the features and benefits of these products and services to customers.
• Contribute to build sales plan and strategies.
• Work towards monthly, quarterly & annual target of the team.
