Job Description
The Candidate: We are looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive for our Center for Career and Life Design Counselling. He / She should have a strong interest in sales & marketing operations of "counselling services" to customers of various age-groups.
This is a FULL time WORK-AT-OFFICE job in KOLKATA.
In this position, you will be involved in implementing Sales and Marketing operations, including marketing plans, developing sales strategies, maintaining customer relations, and creating sales reports. You will be responsible to handle the following Sales and Marketing tasks:
• Find new business opportunities and customers
• Keep track of potential customers with appropriate follow-up strategy;
• Contact potential customers to showcase our services
• Develop relationships with existing customers and keep in touch with them
• Negotiate with customers to close deals and solve problems that may arise during the sale
• Keep track of Sales and Marketing activities
• Work with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction
• Coordinating with media representatives and sponsors.
• Maintaining client relations.
• Tracking sales data to ensure the company meets sales quotas.
• Creating and presenting Sales and Marketing performance reports.

Through career and life design counselling, individuals can explore their passions, identify their strengths, and set goals that will help them live a life that is fulfilling and meaningful. Academic Qualification:
Bachelor degree in ANY SUBJECT (BBA preferred) with an excellent academic record.
Unless the candidate has a degree or diploma in Management, some experience in sales and marketing of services is desirable to prove your competencies.
Skills:
• Exquisite communication skills (both written and oral) in Bengali, English and Hindi;
• Good presence in social media with a lot of social contacts;
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and social media management;
• Excellent interpersonal skills; proven capability to work in a team;
• A passion for sales;
• A strong eagerness to learn new things.
Salary and other benefits:
Rs 10000/= per month during first three months' of probationary period. After confirmation, Rs 10,000/= consolidated per month + 10% commission per month on total revenue
