Job Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and proactive Sales Marketing Executive with 1-2 years of experience to drive both sales and marketing efforts for our office and school furniture products. The role involves promoting our modular furniture solutions to a variety of sectors, generating leads, and implementing marketing strategies to expand brand awareness and increase sales.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Development:
• Identify new business opportunities by targeting schools, offices, and institutions requiring modular furniture solutions.
• Build relationships with potential clients, understanding their specific needs and offering tailored solutions for office and school furniture.
• Present product features and benefits to clients through meetings, presentations, and demonstrations.
• Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, meeting sales targets consistently.
Marketing Strategy Execution:
• Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to promote our modular furniture products, focusing on digital marketing, social media, and email campaigns.
• Collaborate with the design and content teams to create marketing materials, including brochures, product catalogs, and promotional content.
• Use analytics to monitor the performance of marketing campaigns, refining strategies to improve results and ROI.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on trends in the office and school furniture markets and provide insights to adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
Client Engagement:
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and networking sessions to represent CMA Modular Systems and promote our products.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, providing ongoing support and ensuring satisfaction with our modular solutions.
• Gather customer feedback to enhance the quality of our products and services.
Collaboration:
• Work closely with the sales, design, and production teams to ensure seamless delivery of customized solutions that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with internal departments to align marketing efforts with sales goals.
