Sales Marketing Executive, London (Hybrid - one day in the office). £30k + Performance-based Annual Bonus. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a journey that will give you the chance to grow both the company and your career.We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Executive to join their busy marketing team. This is a new role which will help the team continue to increase their affiliate B2B sales with partner casinos.This Sales and Marketing Executive will focus primarily on supporting the Marketing Director in selling advertising to international casino brands. The Sales and Marketing Executive will have full ownership of the set up, fulfilment and management of the advertising which is sold, using internal systems. You will also support the Marketing Director, speaking directly to affiliate managers at the casino partners and building relationships with the partners for long-term value. This is not a pure sales role. We need someone who will be able to develop relationships with partners and not just chase a sales target.This Sales and Marketing Executive will also support other members of the team with all areas of the marketing & content mix including CRM, onsite content, promotion management, data analysis, PR and social media.This Sales and Marketing Executive offers opportunities to work directly with and learn from senior management, alongside more practical tasks to set up and manage advertising campaigns, ensuring they adhere to all compliance, legal, and internal/operational controls. This Sales and Marketing Executive will have:- Ideas. This company is small, so your creative ideas will be listened to and implemented if they add value. We need someone who is happy to speak up with good ideas and be proactive in their work, not wait to be spoon-fed tasks.- Attention to detail. This is absolutely essential for the role.
