• Utilize CRM software to manage and track leads, sales activities, and customer interactions.
• Monitor sales performance, analyze sales data, and generate reports to identify areas for improvement and growth.
• Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitors to proactively identify business opportunities.
• Participate in industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote the company's products or services.
Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in a similar role.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with the ability to build rapport and establish long-term relationships with clients.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Goal-oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
• Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and platforms.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability.
• Willingness to travel as needed for client meetings, industry events, etc.
